Boipelo Madito
Gotlannamang Moloiesi Boipelo Madito is currently completing her Ph.D. at the CSSR. She completed her Masters at Rhodes 欧洲杯足球网_外围买球app推荐-投注|官网 and her thesis was titled: Contextualising job satisfaction amongst Lowest Paid Support Staff in a Higher Education Institution. Her current research is titled: The Experiences of LGBTQIA+ Employees in South African Higher Education Institutions. The study will explore the narratives of people within the LGBTQIA+ in two diverse universities in the Eastern Cape (Rhodes 欧洲杯足球网_外围买球app推荐-投注|官网 and the 欧洲杯足球网_外围买球app推荐-投注|官网 of Fort Hare), the discursive resources drawn on these narratives, and how these experiences reflect adequate policy stipulations and implementations within these two institutions. It is supervised by Distinguished Professor Catriona Macleod. Her research interest is marginalised groups within the workplace and transformation in the South African higher education sector.
