In November, Shelley presented the new Entomology module: Ento-preneurship! at the Teaching & Learning Showcase. The event showcased various innovations in teaching at Rhodes 欧洲杯足球网_外围买球app推荐-投注|官网, including new techniques, new modules and new paradigms for teaching.

In 2024, Shelley designed a whole new third-year course, "Ento-preneurship", in partnership with the Rhodes Business School, the IWR (Insitute for Water Research) and NAMBU. This course was aimed at providing students with the basics in starting your own business, business principles, and exposed them to a successful business that has an entomological focus.

This course was well received and the second years' have asked for it to be presented in 2025!
